We came across this coffee at the best of cauca competition in Colombia last fall. Evan and I were at separate tables tasting coffee after coffee throughout the afternoon. We both had a clear favorite and the decision was easy. Suárez was by far the most complex with deep sweet undertones that weren't covered up by the bright acidity present in the cup. Only problem at that point was that most of the other coffee buyers had the same favorite coffee and a good old fashioned coffee buyers brawl almost ensued. We all worked it out and we are very happy to roll out this coffee for you. Here are some stats:
